EagleView Assess is a drone technology tool that supports insurance adjusters in time-sensitive roof inspections, but several UI, interaction and feedback issues made common tasks harder than necessary. Navigation friction, unclear system feedback, inconsistent controls, and inefficient workflows increased cognitive load, slowed inspections, and introduced opportunities for user error.

Solution

Research translated into actionable product improvements.

Through heuristic evaluation and usability testing with six experienced insurance adjusters, I identified 13 high-impact usability issues and prioritized practical recommendations. The proposed improvements simplified navigation, strengthened system feedback, improved discoverability, and reduced friction across the inspection workflow.
